It’s been sometime since I requested checks be sent on my behalf to a couple of payees i registered in the system, turns out they never received the payments (two separate) so I call to place a stop payment and was surprised to learn I would be charged your stop payment fee. I ask your telephone banker how would I know the check number, since it was a bill pay, they persisted to say the stop payment would be charged. I decided that my companies being paid would be paid another way, but wonder why they never received their payment.

Experience

Honestly not a very good app, offers nothing good at all no good features. It’s always under maintenance but still looks the same, so when ever I want to access my account it always says they’re doing maintenance or because of it the page isn’t able to be accessed. I’m also with another bank, Wells Fargo and its app offers so many things and works perfectly fine. I also don’t know if it’s the app or if it’s just the bank in general that I always have a hard time accessing my Zelle account sending or even receiving money. I tried to also add Zelle to my dads phone yesterday and put it with his own account and says it isn’t available when I do have zelle on mine just have problems with it as well. The only good thing is that they notify you immediately if you log in but other than just being able to check your balance, that’s all it’s good for nothing like other accounts that proved other mobile features.

Does not work well with iPad

iPhone no problem if you don’t need a transaction number when paying bills. iPad is a different story: bill pay launches a small window but the information inside the window is oriented for full screen viewing which means you have to navigate to see information designed to be seen without navigation. When navigating from one pay amount field to the next pay amount field the screen re-centers in the window which means you can no longer see who you are sending the money to! And when you go to the verify screen you can’t see the pay to and amount fields at the same time! Finally you can navigate to “change payee information” and enter new info but you can’t save the changes! FAIL These problems have existed for many months, support is aware but no update to remedy the problems. Bottom line: since I can’t fire the programmer I will fire the bank and take my business elsewhere
